Job Responsibilities:
The Certified Wound RN is responsible for assuring quality resident care while maintaining nursing service objectives and standards of nursing practice. This role includes identifying residents at risk for wounds, ensuring appropriate prevention interventions are in place, and evaluating resident outcomes related to all wound care protocols.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Wisconsin
