CNA Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.

• Support mobility needs, such as transferring residents to and from beds and wheelchairs.

• Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to nursing staff.

• Assist with meal preparation and feeding to ensure proper nutrition.

• Take and record vital signs, including temperature and blood pressure.

• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents.

• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols.

Requirements:

• A valid Wisconsin CNA license.
