Groundskeeper – Havenpark Communities

Base pay: $18.00/hr – $20.00/hr (actual pay commensurate with skills and experience).

• Maintain community grounds, streets, facilities, and equipment to ensure exceptional curb appeal.
• Provide seasonal lawn care (mowing, weed whacking, raking leaves, trimming shrubs, treating for weeds, etc.).
• Collect and remove trash and debris from streets, trash cans, common areas, and vacant sites daily.
• Clean community common areas and work spaces (clubhouse, office, restrooms, laundry room, maintenance garage) and inspect for proper functioning.
• Perform general upkeep of vacant sites, including strap‑downs.
• Follow safety regulations and procedures; operate vehicles and machinery safely.
• Execute other duties and projects assigned by leadership, including minor repairs to homes and facilities.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Broad experience with general maintenance techniques and repair work; proficiency in operating power tools and commercial machinery.
• Physical ability to work outdoors year‑round and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Good written reporting skills, basic computer knowledge, and ability to operate an e‑mail account.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record, ability to pass a criminal background check, and availability for on‑call work outside business hours.
