An established Lanarkshire firm is seeking a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join its close-knit private client team. This role offers a central position within the department, working closely with colleagues to deliver a consistently high standard of service to a loyal local client base in a fully office-based setting.

• Managing an executry-focused private client caseload independently
• Advising clients on core private client matters
• Providing guidance and oversight to junior colleagues, including secretarial and paralegal support
• Working collaboratively across the team

• Qualified solicitor with substantial private client experience
• Executry experience essential

• Technical capability in executries and related private client work
• Clear, practical and client-focused communication style
• Confidence supervising and supporting junior team members
• Comfortable working in a fully office-based environment

• Senior position within a small, supportive private client team
• Interesting executry-focused workload with responsibility and autonomy
