Interim Finance Manager £70-£75k3-6 Months Immediate start required
Darlington Elevation Recruitment are delighted to be working with a thriving manufacturing business based near Darlington, who are looking to appoint an experienced Finance Manager to support the team through an exciting period of change. This is a fantastic interim opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on and making an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a small finance team across day-to-day accounting and reporting Own the month-end close, management accounts and balance sheet control Coordinate Business Unit SOX testing and Financial Audits. Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide clear, commercial insight Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes and reporting About You Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) Proven experience in a Senior Finance Manager or similar role Confident managing and developing a small team Proven SOX compliance experience Clear communicator who can engage both finance and non-finance stakeholders
