• Drive Sales & Build Relationships:

• Passion for Customer Service:
  Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but enthusiasm for helping others and creating great experiences is key.
• Sales Savvy:
  Thrive in a dynamic environment, using your communication skills to engage customers and drive sales.
• Tech‑Savvy & Detail‑Oriented:
  Comfortable using technology to enhance customer experience while maintaining accuracy with transactions.
• Fashion Forward:
  Keen interest in eyewear and fashion trends, with the ability to help customers find their perfect look.
• Self‑Motivated & Adaptable:

Pay Range: $16.50 – $20.68 per hour. In addition to the competitive base rate, you may be offered a bonus and/or commission plan, and a comprehensive total rewards package that may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off, and employee discounts.
