Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Style (T3452) s role is on-demand and may vary in schedule based on store needs.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and provide knowledge about tools, products, and services available in the total store.
• Assist with order pick up, drive up, and registry guests while ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Scan and bag guest items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with food safety standards and company best practices.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
• Explain and promote store programs and benefits, including loyalty, fulfillment services, and Target App features.
• Handle returns following Target’s policies and escalate with leadership as needed.
• De-escalate situations and recover the guest shopping experience per policy.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during store hours.
• Support cash office processes as needed and ensure compliance with safety policies and training.
• Perform all other duties based on business needs.
