Reports To: Food & Beverage Manager

Department: Food & Beverage

Pay Rate: $22 plus tips

Housing: No housing provided

• Greet and acknowledge guest upon arrival; also acknowledge guest upon departure
• Open and close registers; responsible for maintaining correct funds and change
• Resolving and handling any customer issues promptly and courteously
• Help manage the weekly and daily schedules of the team, ensuring breaks are taken and employees stick to their assigned schedule
• Make schedules for the team and help manage timecards, dealing with missed punches and meal waivers
• Working with the F&B Manager and Warehouse team on inventory and supply ordering
• Demonstrate knowledge of ice cream products and pricing
• Help train employees that are new to the ICP
• Fulfill customer requests with ice cream purchases in a timely and courteous manner
• Prep and serve all offered ice cream dishes
• Record customer orders into the POS system
• Identify customer issues/complaints and take necessary steps to correct them
• Clean and organize workspace and storage areas
• Keep storage areas stocked with all necessary items
• Maintain and clean the dipping cabinets and keep frost levels down and eliminate cross–contamination following all Food Safety standards
• Accurately prepare sales reports at shift’s end, deposit cash and credit card receipts
• Understand Company’s ISO (Environmental & Quality) management systems, Company’s Health and Safety standards, policies, goals and initiatives and meet the specific responsibilities within these areas
• All duties detailed in the Duties Checklists and other duties as requested

• Obtain California Food Handler Certification within 1 month of employment
• Excellent customer service and people skills; meet or exceed customer expectations
• Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts
• Able to work independently with little or no supervision
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Position involves frequent bending, twisting, lifting and squatting. Majority of shift will be spent on feet for up to 8 hours per day in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to scoop ice cream for majority of shift, involves constant repetitive movement

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience:
  
  Six months F&B experience preferred
