Pay Rate: $16.90 plus tips

Summary of Position: Responsible for cleaning areas in the restaurant / bar and work stations and delivering food in a timely, friendly and efficient manner in the Company’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service.
Responsibilities- Promptly greet guests as they are seated, providing required food amenities in a timely manner according to Company procedures
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness inside and outside as well as surrounding grounds
- Efficiently buss, clean, and prep tables for next seating
- Ensure buss stations are clean, organized, and stocked at all times
- Remove any trash in a timely manner from buss stations
- Communicate in a timely and efficient manner with Servers and Hosts regarding guest needs and table availability to ensure extraordinary service
- Assist servers as needed to provide exceptional guest service
- Thoroughly and professionally complete daily and weekly cleaning tasks
- Work closely with the kitchen to help monitor tickets, expo and ensure correct and timely food service
- Ability to take direction and change tasks quickly
- Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts
- Majority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast-paced environment, in close proximity to other people
- Provide excellent customer service to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Present a positive image of the company in an upbeat, professional manner
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact, in a positive way, with many different personality styles
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs occasionally
- Obtain California Food Handler Certification within 1 month of employment
- Works well under pressure
- Ability to problem solve and handle customer issues
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: Minimum (6) months in a high-volume restaurant establishment
