As an Applebee's Host/Server Assistant, you will greet guests at the door with a warm welcome and a smile, assist servers in providing exceptional guest service, and maintain overall guest flow.

• Greet guests and create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist servers with food service and table turnover.
• Ensure guests feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of host stand and dining area.

• At least 18 years old.
• Effective communication skills.
• Commitment to making an impact.

• Ability to remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for up to four (4) hours.
• Ability to safely reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to wear protective hand coverings throughout shift.
• Must comply with mask and hand washing policies.
