Pay Rate: $18-20 DOE plus tips |
Housing: No housing provided
- Assist with event setup, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, signage, and décor according to event plans
- Greet and direct guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the event, addressing guest questions and needs promptly
- Support food and beverage service, including replenishing items, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness
- Monitor event areas for cleanliness, safety, and order; promptly address any hazards or issues
- Follow timelines and instructions from the Group Coordinator and/or Sales & Events Manager
- Assist with technical setup as needed (lighting, AV, microphones, heaters, etc.)
- Break down and clean up event spaces after use, returning equipment and supplies to storage
- Uphold company standards for hospitality, appearance, and conduct
- Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced or high-pressure environments
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to lift 30+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Provide excellent customer service to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Present a positive image of the company in an upbeat, professional manner
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact, in a positive way, with many different personality styles
- Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required - Experience:
Six (6) months hospitality, customer service, bartending, or event experience preferred
