Summary Of PositionMaintain high cleanliness standards of all resort common areas and campgrounds and assist with guest requests providing a quality guest experience. Ensure daily cleanliness and stocking of all bathrooms on property.
Responsibilities- Clean public common areas, restrooms, and other guest use areas (campgrounds, restrooms, fire pits, etc)
- Assist with housekeeping and laundry duties as assigned by supervisor
- Report maintenance issues and damage to supervisor
- Assist with a variety of guest questions and requests
- Comply with department policies and procedures
- Work safely to avoid injuries and accidents, including wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment
- Ensure guests are following all campground protocols and safety measures, including knowledge of forest and wildlife
- Understand Company’s ISO (Environmental & Quality) management systems, policies, goals, and initiatives and meet the specific responsibilities within these areas.
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts
- Ability to work independently and complete a daily list of assigned work
- Must be able to spend the majority of the day walking, twisting, bending, pushing and pulling
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to answer guest questions and give appropriate guidance
- Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required - Experience:
One (1) year of housekeeping and/or similar experience preferred;
Resort/National Park experience preferred
