Summary Of PositionResponsible for managing guest parking and traffic flow at the Company’s location by being friendly and helpful while directing guests to appropriate transportation/parking option and assisting with initial guest information needs in an effort to provide extraordinary hospitality.
Responsibilities- Managing parking booth; informing customers of open parking areas, providing passes, and taking payments
- Managing parking lots through the day, ensuring cleanliness, observing passes, and noting open or full lots
- Ensure that traffic flows smoothly while keeping entrance area free of vehicles
- Provide a wide variety of area information ranging from restroom locations to daily/weekly events
- Provide helpful information to all guests regarding transportation schedules and services
- Assist with and adhere to Company lost and found program
- Other duties per Duties Checklist and as assigned
- Superior customer services skills, strong communication skills and a team player
- Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts
- Must have excellent communication skills and able manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Must be able to fulfill the physical demands of the job including the ability to be outdoors and on your feet for up to 8 hours a day
- Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required - Valid Driver’s license with clean driving record
- Experience:
Six (6) months in a hotel/resort setting preferred, in guest services
