Reports To: Operations & Logistics Manager

Department: Guest Services

Pay Rate: $18

Housing: No housing provided

Responsible for managing guest parking and traffic flow at the Company’s location by being friendly and helpful while directing guests to appropriate transportation/parking option and assisting with initial guest information needs in an effort to provide extraordinary hospitality.

• Managing parking booth; informing customers of open parking areas, providing passes, and taking payments
• Managing parking lots through the day, ensuring cleanliness, observing passes, and noting open or full lots
• Ensure that traffic flows smoothly while keeping entrance area free of vehicles
• Provide a wide variety of area information ranging from restroom locations to daily/weekly events
• Provide helpful information to all guests regarding transportation schedules and services
• Assist with and adhere to Company lost and found program
• Other duties per Duties Checklist and as assigned

• Superior customer services skills, strong communication skills and a team player
• Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts
• Must have excellent communication skills and able manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Must be able to fulfill the physical demands of the job including the ability to be outdoors and on your feet for up to 8 hours a day

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid Driver’s license with clean driving record
• Experience:
  
  Six (6) months in a hotel/resort setting preferred, in guest services
