The purpose of this position is to work behind the bar to facilitate the smooth flow of service to customers by the bartender/beverage server. Performs the service of replenishing stock and all required cleaning.

• Checks and maintains the required par stock on assigned station.
• Obtains replacement stock from the warehouse inventory in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of assigned work area.
• Assists the bartender in providing maximum efficiency and service levels by retrieving guests special requests, and during busy times icing drink glasses and (depending on assigned station) pouring drinks.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• No previous experience required

• Fluent and literate in English
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
• Acts as a role model to other team members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same.
• Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures

• Mobility to constantly move about the property
• Ability to bend, reach, squat, climb stairs
• Ability to move and carry large, heavy objects weighing up to 90 pounds (keg weight).
• Ability to use repetitive hand motion, holding, grasping
• Able to tolerate second‑hand smoke, noise, bright lights
• Able to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment
