Job SummaryServes as a liaison between the Hotel Front Desk, Sales, Group Services, Group Audit, and group guests, by independently managing and fulfilling all group and internal needs to include billing. Superior execution of these duties ensures that a professional and excellent service is provided for guests in an effort to develop relationships and secure repeat business.
Key Job Functions- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of four years in Hotel Front Office
- Excellent clerical skills necessary
- Literate and fluent in English
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to independently carry out multiple tasks at one time, effectively and efficiently
- Ability to demonstrate a professional, pleasant, and enthusiastic demeanor at all times
- Must have excellent guest service and organizational skills
- Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
