Family Practice - Without OB Physician

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to provide full-spectrum outpatient care for patients of all ages in the picturesque community of Lake Tahoe, California.

• Provide outpatient primary care across all age groups
• See 16-20 patients per day to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Work within a team-based care model
• Participate in value-based care initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
• No after-hours call
• Option to precept students/residents (if desired)

• 100% outpatient role with no inpatient responsibilities
• 4-day workweek (1.0 FTE)
• Dedicated time for administrative tasks (charting, team meetings, patient coordination)
• Opportunity to work in a scenic, close-knit rural community

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Comfort with supervision and managing diverse patient populations
• Experience with Medi-Cal, uninsured, and underserved populations preferred
• Commitment to rural primary care and team-based medicine.

• Salary floor + productivity incentives based on patient volume and quality metrics
