- Provide exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner.
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner and assist guests with luggage where applicable during arrival and departure.
- Greet guests, acknowledge them by name when possible, and use professional communication and Towne Park etiquette.
- Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries; provide information about facility amenities and local attractions.
- Deliver messages, items and guest amenities as requested and shuttle guests to approved locations.
- Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; issue and collect claim checks and maintain ticket information (key tags, guest folio, vehicle location, damage survey, claim receipts).
- Operate within established procedures to ensure accurate handling of vehicles and related transactions.
- Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Required Licensure, Certification, Etc.: Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work, or reside within a commutable distance where applicable.
- Work Experience: One (1) month related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
- Skills: Ability to read and write standard English; understand and follow instructions; present information clearly; perform basic arithmetic; understand time systems; understand rates; operate a manual transmission (highly desirable); and perform parallel parking.
The majority of work is outdoors for extended periods. Employees may be exposed to extreme heat or cold. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
