Property Site Liaison

Overview

Sky Forest Acres, South Lake Tahoe, California, United States of America

• Function as a liaison between residents and management and between management and local/community supporters at our property in South Lake Tahoe, CA.
• Support and assist residents in maintaining their safety, independence, and self-sufficiency to ensure their success in maintaining permanent housing.
• Maintain appropriate records on ASI residents according to U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requirements with respect to confidentiality.
• The ability to travel, as required (locally).
• Demonstrate customer-service orientation with residents and maintain positive, effective communication with residents.
• Prior experience working with individuals with physical disabilities or brain injuries and familiarity with HUD Section 811 Programs and state/federal entitlement programs is a plus.

• A minimum of two years of successful experience in the area of property management.
• The ability to communicate effectively and positively with residents, and to deliver excellent customer service.
