CASE MANAGER

Starting at $26.00 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance (company-paid within 90 days), 401(k) match up to 6% after 1 year, paid time off, and more.

• Administer, develop, and facilitate completion of case plans and treatment programs for students on caseload.
• Serve as liaison between client, parents/legal guardians, and placing agency officials.
• Complete required reports and documentation in a timely manner.
• Provide management with required reports and advise of any problematic situations.

• At least 21 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Case Manager.
• Empathetic, patient, respectful.
• Ability to work with troubled teens.
• Pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
• Pass a search of the child abuse central registry.

Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (1 hour break). Schedule may change depending on program needs.
