Quality Control Operative

Thrive Personnel Ltd are looking to recruit a Quality Control Operative to join our client a leading food manufactirer based in WF9.

A leading UK meat processor focused on pre-prepared meat products.

The company supplies supermarkets, the food service industry, and home meal kit providers with high-quality beef, lamb, pork, and venison products.

Pay: 13.02 an hour

Hours:

Monday to Friday (some Saturdays possible)

Standard hours: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

May need to stay until the end of production (max 12-hour shifts)

Duties:

Hourly checks and inspections on materials and products

Label checks

Monitoring air temperatures

Calibrating scales and probes

Collecting samples for lab analysis

Equine testing

Qualifications that would be of benefit;

Basic Food Hygiene Certificate

Basic PC skills

Health & Safety Awareness
