What you’ll be doing :
  • 🟢 Assist in implementing SHEQ strategies, including supporting facilitators and managing data systems.
  • 🟢 Coordinate SHEQ training sessions and track key performance metrics to ensure compliance.
  • 🟢 Facilitate communication between the Skills and Competence team and key stakeholders.
  • 🟢 Maintain training records and provide reporting on SHEQ and LIFE programme metrics.
  • 🟢 Help manage training events and presentations, ensuring smooth delivery across teams.
  • 🟢 Provide expert support for SHEQ learning and development initiatives, including LIFE Orientations and the Alliance Passport to Work.
  • 🟢 Assist in coordinating health, safety, and wellbeing training sessions.
  • 🟢 Provide administrative support for cross-functional teamwork, ensuring clear communication and alignment across the Alliance.
  • 🟢 Coordinate training logistics and maintain up-to-date competency records for reporting and audits.
  • 🟢 Produce detailed reports on training performance, helping to track progress against SHEQ targets.
What you’ll bring:
