Sugar House Electric is a leader in commercial electrical contracting throughout Utah. We are committed to safety, quality, and professional growth. We are looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead our commercial projects and help us deliver exceptional results for our clients.

As an Electrical Foreman, you will supervise and coordinate electrical crews on commercial and industrial job sites. You will ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in full compliance with all codes and company standards.

• Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial and industrial job sites
• Plan and coordinate daily work activities to meet project timelines
• Serve as the primary on-site contact between general contractors and company management
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes
• Enforce jobsite safety standards and company policies
• Order materials and coordinate deliveries to maintain workflow
• Train, mentor, and evaluate electricians and apprentices
• Troubleshoot electrical and jobsite issues as they arise

• Current Utah Journeyman Electrician license (required)
• 5+ years of commercial electrical experience; foreman or lead experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of electrical installations, code requirements, and safety practices
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to recognize wiring by color and follow installation standards
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

• Competitive pay based on experience up to $55.00 per hour
