Role OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager focused on new client acquisition for BPO services in the U.S. market
. This role is ideal for a hunter-type sales professional with proven experience selling offshore and onshore BPO services and acquiring enterprise clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience selling into industries such as Insurance, Healthcare, Logistics, BFSI, or similar sectors
, and a strong track record managing the full enterprise sales cycle
, from prospecting through contract closure.
Candidates must also be available to meet with the CEO in the United States during the first week of March as part of the final interview stage.
Key Responsibilities- Drive new client acquisition (new logo hunting) for BPO services in the U.S. market
- Manage the end-to-end enterprise sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure
- Sell offshore and onshore BPO services
, including voice and non-voice processes - Lead RFP/RFI responses
, proposal development, and contract negotiations - Build relationships with CXOs, Operations Leaders, and Vendor Management teams
- Collaborate with internal delivery and operations teams to develop client solutions
- Proven experience in BPO sales acquisition (new client hunting)
- Experience selling BPO services to U.S.
-based enterprises - Exposure to industries such as Insurance, Healthcare, Logistics, BFSI, or similar sectors
- Strong understanding of BPO transition cycles, SLAs, pricing models, and contract negotiations
- Experience managing RFP/RFI processes and enterprise BPO sales engagements
- Established network with senior decision-makers and vendor management stakeholders
Incentives are directly tied to revenue performance, with higher payouts for exceeding sales targets.
