MD is seeking a Solutions Consultant I to support our sales organization by positioning Advanced
MD products and services to grow and retain our client base.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with sales associates to understand prospect needs, demonstrate Advanced
MD solutions, and help shape tailored recommendations that align with current and future practice goals. You’ll play a critical role in sales strategy, product demonstrations, and internal knowledge sharing—serving as a key voice between sales, product, and implementation teams.

EssentialJob Duties
- Educate the salesforce on how medical practices leverage Advanced
MD products and services - Partner with sales associates to uncover prospect environments, challenges, and desired future state
- Strategize, craft, and present solutions through client and prospect demonstrations (in person or virtual)
- Conduct product demos and presentations alongside sales to help win new business
- Train new Sales Associates—both in-office and remotely—on Advanced
MD products and services - Participate in internal strategy meetings to ensure a coordinated approach to winning business
- Provide product and technical expertise to support the sales process
- Summarize prospect needs and align Advanced
MD capabilities to appropriate solutions - Explore creative or alternative solutions when standard offerings do not clearly fit
- Deliver regular product training sessions to the sales organization
- Assess sales associate readiness to independently present Advanced
MD solutions - Keep sales teams informed on product development and enhancements
- Contribute to the development of sales tools to improve productivity and effectiveness
- Set quality expectations with prospects and clients related to successful conversions
- Counsel prospects on data extraction considerations or facilitate discussions with internal resources
- Collaborate with implementation teams to resolve issues effectively
- Work scheduled office hours and perform other related duties as required
- 3+ years of recent experience within the healthcare industry
- Familiarity with medical software, including EHR, Practice Management, Patient Engagement, and Telemedicine solutions
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong technical aptitude with a desire to be viewed as a product expert
- Ability to quickly learn software and educate others on its purpose and value
- Strong communication and presentation skills for client-facing interactions
