• Full-time Realtors with an active license in Utah with at least 1 year of experience
• Bandwidth and willingness to work with Zander-provided leads with a strong work ethic who have their own book of Sphere of Influence (SOI) business
• Self-starters with a growth mindset who value coaching, accountability, and community
• Tech-savvy professionals who enjoy working smart with automated systems and proven tools
