• Be a Team Member:
  Collaborates with other associates to build a strong meat team; communicate with team members; be flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas.
• Be an Expert:
  Demonstrates knowledge of floor operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and the operation, maintenance, and sanitization of equipment; prepare meat products according to established standards; cut boneless meat products; maintain product quality standards.
• Be a Techie:
  Uses digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage associates; use handheld technology to make decisions related to production, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.
• Be an Owner:
  Maintains operational excellence, work area according to policies and procedures; ensure quality and date control; secure fragile and high-shrink merchandise; eliminate waste; assist members with purchasing decisions; ensure merchandise is properly packaged, labeled, and stored per policies.
• Be a Talent Ambassador:
  Model high-quality service and products; exhibit energy, commitment, and passion for the work.
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics; follows Open Door Policy; applies these in executing business processes.
• Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co-workers, customers, and other partners; communicates progress and information; identifies opportunities for improvement and adapts to change.

• Provide exceptional customer service; greet and thank members; respond to questions as needed.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area.

The hourly wage range is $17.00 to $24.00
. Additional compensation in premiums may apply in specific circumstances. The actual rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.
