Contract:
6–12 months (potential for extension or permanent hire)
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business, Communication, or related field or relevant customer support experience in corporate environment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong multitasking skills and adaptability in a busy financial services setting
- Deliver exceptional client support across multiple communication channels
- Manage client accounts in a professional banking environment
