WORK SHIFT

EVE (United States of America)

Performs tasks required to set up, verify, adjust and run automated equipment.

• Sets up and runs automated equipment.
• Performs and records test data necessary to verify the assembly / packaging process.
• Performs tooling changeovers.
• Performs adjustments under direction of Maintenance / Engineering.
• When necessary, helps Maintenance with minor machine PMs where equipment guarding systems are active (no safety interlock bypass).
• Cleans and resolves component feeding issues with assembly equipment.
• Uses information provided by OEE to help determine machine downtime and provide information to Maintenance / Engineering for process improvements.
• Performs other duties and tasks as required.

• Education equivalent to a High School Diploma.
• A minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience.
• Demonstrates technical ability required to run, troubleshoot and adjust automated processes.
• Demonstrates computer skills using required programs such as required by job.
• Skills in mentoring and helping others to learn processes.

The risk category explains whether or not employees are likely to come into contact with blood or body fluids while performing their jobs. Risk category II states employment and procedures that may require exposure.

  Days, Swing (Eve), and Nights
