What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a QA Analyst with strong technical skills and solid backend experience within our Corporate Payments division. This position falls under our Corpay Cross Border line of business and is located in South Jordan, Utah. In this role, you will work closely with Development and PM teams to maintain a top level of quality in software systems.

You will report directly to the QA Manager and collaborate with various other teams in the division and the wider business. This role is mostly in manual testing, with a focus on functional, integration, and regression testing, and also requires exposure to and understanding of automation frameworks and object‑oriented programming.

How We Work

As a QA Analyst, you will be expected to work in an office environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities
  • Refining complex stories and proposing acceptance criteria.
  • Creating QA test artifacts (Test Strategy, Test Matrix, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Test Results) and functional documentation.
  • Executing manual and automated test cases (functional, UI, API, Integration, Regression, UAT testing).
  • Communicating test progress, test results, and other relevant information to project stakeholders and management.
  • Carrying out install and set up tools and environments.
  • Investigating issues (found during test efforts or reported from production), logging them into Jira and escalating.
  • Analyzing logs, recommending improvements and compiling reports based on findings.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 7+ years of experience with manual tests in areas such as functional, regression, integration, user interface, performance, and security testing.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, SoapUI, Browser Stack, Quick Test Professional, Rational Functional Tester, Silk Test, Visual Studio Test Professional, Eclipse, TestNG, Maven, JUnit).
  • Experience in writing SQL queries and scripts.
  • Experience in working in an agile software development team using Scrum.
  • Experience in Java, JavaScript, C#, VB, HTML, CSS.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Experience in the payments industry is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly developed critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficient in writing test cases and identifying test scenarios.
  • Ability to prioritize work with a focus on deadlines and deliverables.
  • Good team player with ability to solve complex tasks and recognize and elevate risks without supervision.
  • Demonstrated high level of productivity, responsibility, and influence.
