AI SEO Specialist (Growth & Automation Focus)

Experience: 2–5 years SEO AI workflows

We’re looking for an AI-driven SEO Specialist who knows how to rank in today’s search environment—where traditional SEO, AI-assisted content, automation, and conversion optimization intersect.

This role is for someone who does more than keywords and backlinks
. You understand how Google actually evaluates sites in 2025, how AI tools accelerate execution, and how SEO connects directly to revenue.

You’ll own strategy, execution, and optimization across technical SEO, content systems, and AI-powered workflows.

• Build and execute AI-assisted SEO strategies that drive measurable organic growth

• Use AI tools to scale content creation & optimization, topic clustering & internal linking, search intent mapping, optimize sites for Core Web Vitals, indexing & crawl efficiency, schema & structured data

• Conduct deep keyword research using intent-based and semantic SEO
  , not just volume

• Create and optimize SEO content briefs for humans and search engines

• Implement programmatic SEO where appropriate

• Monitor performance via GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and custom dashboards

• Test, iterate, and improve rankings using data—not guesses

• Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates, AI search, and SERP changes

• AI:
  ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, custom GPTs, automation agents

• SEO:
  Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Surfer, Clearscope

• Analytics:
  Google Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio

• Tech: HTML/CSS basics, CMS platforms (Word Press, Webflow, Next.js a plus)

• Automation:
  Zapier, Make, N8N

• Proven SEO results (rankings, traffic growth, conversions)

• Strong understanding of AI-first SEO workflows

• Experience optimizing content for E-E-A-T

• Ability to explain complex SEO concepts clearly

• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

• Comfortable testing, breaking, and rebuilding systems

• Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments

• Programmatic SEO experience

• Local SEO or multi-location SEO

• SaaS or agency background

• CRO knowledge (funnels, landing pages, heatmaps)

• Experience ranking in competitive niches
