ResponsibilitiesAs a production support analyst, you will be essential in maintaining enterprise technology systems—from algorithmic trading engines to regulatory reporting—ensuring their smooth operation.
Program Process- Learn about production support activities, including ITIL, monitoring, Dev Ops, SRE, and disaster recovery.
- Gain knowledge of financial markets, equity trading, derivatives, currency, treasury, regulation, and risk.
- Learn basic programming in Python, including user input, data structures, and control flow.
- Perform CRUD operations using MySQL.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related STEM field.
- GPA of 2.75 or higher.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
