Join our comprehensive addiction and mental health treatment center dedicated to empowering individuals and families to celebrate life through lasting solutions.

25 hours a week:

• Monday 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Tuesday 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Thursday 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Monday 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., Tuesday 12:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m., Wednesday 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., Thursday 12:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m.

20 hours a week:

• Monday 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m., Tuesday 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m., Wednesday 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m., Thursday 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m., Friday 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
• Monday 12:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m., Wednesday 12:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m., Thursday 12:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m.

MUST BE ABLE TO COMMIT TO CONSISTENT SHIFTS.

• Master’s level clinical degree from an accredited school—CSW, LCSW, ACMHC, LCMHC, MFT.
• Fully licensed or working toward licensure in the State of Utah (onsite supervision will be provided).
• In good standing with the Department of Professional Licensing.

• Manage a caseload of 80% DCC hours per work day.
• Become familiar with and utilize the standardized curriculum.
• Attend and support weekly staff and clinical meetings.
• Proficiency in supporting clients to meet clinical objectives and program agreements.

• Hourly rate based on experience: $33–$35.
