Treasury Specialist

This role plays a critical part in daily cash management and banking operations across our hospitality and senior living portfolio.

Hourly Pay: $24- $28/hour (depending on experience)

As a Treasury Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing daily cash activityကား and supporting banking operations for our hotels and senior living communities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Entering and reconciling daily cash deposits
• Processing ACH and wire transfers
• Creating and posting journal entries related to treasury transactions
• Managing daily cash flow and bank accounts
• Setting up and maintaining bank accounts and credit card merchant IDs
• Supporting accounting and general ledger activities
• Building, managing, and maintaining strong banking and treasury relationships

• Previous experience in accounting, treasury, or banking
• Strong Excel proficiency
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
