About the Role:

The Operations team ensures the accurate execution, settlement, and recording of trades across global markets. As an Entry-Level Operations Analyst, you will gain hands‑on exposure to the full trade lifecycle while collaborating with traders, technology teams, and external partners in a fast‑paced environment.

• Support the end-to-end trade lifecycle, from execution through settlement
• Communicate daily with traders, brokers, and internal teams to resolve trade‑related issues
• Identify and resolve trade breaks, discrepancies, and settlement issues
• Assist with operational risk mitigation and control processes
• Analyze workflows and data to help improve processes and scalability
• Prepare operational reports and support business analysis for management
• Contribute to projects focused on improving trade capture and operational efficiency
• Build strong working relationships across teams in a collaborative environment

• Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field)
• Open to recent graduates and entry‑level candidates
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office

• Internship, academic, or project experience in financial services, operations, or trade support
• Client‑service mindset with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Self‑motivated, accountable, and eager to learn
• Ability to perform well under pressure while maintaining quality
