About the Role:
The Operations team ensures the accurate execution, settlement, and recording of trades across global markets. As an Entry-Level Operations Analyst, you will gain hands‑on exposure to the full trade lifecycle while collaborating with traders, technology teams, and external partners in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support the end-to-end trade lifecycle, from execution through settlement
- Communicate daily with traders, brokers, and internal teams to resolve trade‑related issues
- Identify and resolve trade breaks, discrepancies, and settlement issues
- Assist with operational risk mitigation and control processes
- Analyze workflows and data to help improve processes and scalability
- Prepare operational reports and support business analysis for management
- Contribute to projects focused on improving trade capture and operational efficiency
- Build strong working relationships across teams in a collaborative environment
- Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field)
- Open to recent graduates and entry‑level candidates
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Internship, academic, or project experience in financial services, operations, or trade support
- Client‑service mindset with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Self‑motivated, accountable, and eager to learn
- Ability to perform well under pressure while maintaining quality
