Client Services Associate

Overview

The role supports the Beneficiary Services team, handling client accounts during the inheritance process. Responsibilities include asset transition coordination, client support, and compliance oversight. The specialist will work closely with internal teams and clients to process documentation, resolve inquiries, and ensure regulatory alignment.

• One-on-one client support throughout inheritance/beneficiary process
• Process service requests and maintain accurate case records
• Ensure compliance with SEC/FINRA regulations
• Prevent fraud through identity verification
• Coordinate with internal departments in a virtual branch setting

• 3–4 years of financial services experience preferred
• Strong client service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Series 7 and 66 licenses preferred (or 63 & 65)

Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $22.22/hr
