A K-9 charter school located in South Jordan, is now accepting applications for a part-time Behavior Specialist for the school year.
The mission of the Early Light Academy is to deliver a high-quality education with a deep, rich and engaging curriculum utilizing effective instructional techniques and emphasizing history, taking our students from the Stone Age to the Information Age and beyond.
This position requires that the candidate understand the learning styles for children within the General Education population. Candidate would be involved in the Child Find Process. Prior experience is preferred.
Qualified applicants should have a background in the field of student behavior. Preference may be given to applicants who are RBT certified. However, the school may opt to provide training to the right candidate. Candidate must also submit for and pass a background check in accordance with Utah's Department of Public Safety requirements.
