- Lane 1 – Step 1: $17.53/hr – Not Highly Qualified.
- Lane 2 – Step 1: $18.51/hr – Associate’s degree or 48 semester hours from an accredited college/university.
- Lane 3 – Step 1: $19.55/hr – Current/Former Licensed Teacher.
