Overview
Title: Customer Service Representative / CSR
Location: South Jordan, UT 84095
Duration: 12 Months
Pay Rate: $22.00/- on W2

- Handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on Brokerage accounts.
- Respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, while consistently meeting key department performance metrics.
- Provide functional support in areas including Brokerage Cash Management products and services, Brokerage Online (client website) and Mobile app, and general account or financial related inquiries.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, be career-driven, and committed to world-class service.
- Contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Multi-task effectively and adapt quickly to change in a busy financial service center.
- Preference for 1 of the following criteria:
College Degree or Previous contact center experience. - Demonstrates ability to stay professional and deliver world-class service.
