• Manage email queries regarding existing customer data to identify if current information is accurate, compliant and meets all OOCL business requirements.
• Research public records online to validate customer information, company’s business license, and location.
• Perform detailed review to meet daily business timeframe of all required customer profile validation.
• Maintain accurate customer profile records in the internal online system.
• Provide comprehensive update of North America customer records to ensure all regulatory compliance requirements are met.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
• Experience in administrative, customer service, or other roles involving data handling.
• 1-3 years of data entry experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in both written and spoken Spanish.

• Attention to detail and capturing accurate information.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and quickly adjust priorities based on work demands.
• Able to interpret information and identify how to apply based on queries received.
• Work well under pressure.
• Effective verbal and communication skills.
• Problem solving mindset.
