Job Title:
Executive/Personal Assistant (EA/PA) About The Role
Seeking a resourceful, highly organized, and discreet Executive/Personal Assistant (EA/PA) to support our Founder as the company continues to grow. This is a pivotal hire—the Founder’s first dedicated EA/PA—and the right candidate will help establish the systems, structure, and rhythm that enable the executive team to operate at its best. This role involves a blend of high-level executive support and selective personal assistance.
While most responsibilities are business-focused, the EA/PA must be comfortable handling personal tasks and occasionally visiting the Founder’s home as needed.
- Manage and coordinate a complex, fast-moving calendar with shifting priorities.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and calls across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and logistics.
- Handle inbox organization, correspondence, and professional communications on behalf of the Founder.
- Support the Founder in preparing documents, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Assist with personal scheduling, errands, and household coordination as needed.
- Occasionally visit the Founder’s home to facilitate personal tasks, deliveries, or home-related needs.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality, judgment, and discretion in managing personal matters.
- Act as a liaison between the Founder and internal teams to ensure alignment and timely communication.
- Help streamline workflows, prioritize incoming requests, and improve executive efficiency.
- Support special projects, events, or initiatives as assigned.
- 2–5 years of Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Chief-of-Staff-level support experience (startup or founder-support experience strongly preferred).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to anticipate needs and pivot quickly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
- Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, travel booking tools, and productivity platforms.
- Must be Utah-based with reliable transportation and the ability to work on-site or at the Founder’s home when needed.
Salary $70,000-$100,000
