Office Administrator/ Coordinator
The administrative position will assist executives and senior leaders in organizing, executing, and following up on a wide range of tasks and initiatives. Strong alignment between leadership and administrative support—in terms of vision, expectations, and execution—is essential. This role plays a key part in improving both departmental and organizational efficiency and overall success.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding organizational and project management skills, along with strong written and verbal communication abilities. This role regularly interacts with leaders and staff across the organization; therefore, excellent interpersonal and people skills are required.

- To support organizational efficiency by regularly tracking and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) across multiple departments.
- To increase productivity by collaborating with department leaders to follow up on goals, action items, and KPI progress.
- To promote unity within the organization by actively supporting and reinforcing leadership initiatives, projects, tasks, and organizational values.
- To foster a positive work environment and culture by modeling positivity, encouragement, accountability, achievement, and engagement.
- Upon meeting these performance indicators, the supervisor will conduct regular reviews to assess progress and collaboratively establish new goals that support continued growth and excellence.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an executive/administrative assistant or similar support role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and strong work ethic
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to communicate openly, professionally, and diplomatically with leaders and stakeholders
- Finds fulfillment in contributing to organizational growth, recognizing the importance of indirect yet meaningful impact
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM at the South Jordan, UT facility
- Manage calendars for executives and senior leaders, ensuring meetings are well-organized, include agendas, and have clear follow-up actions
- Maintain project and task tracking systems, monitoring progress and completion timelines
- Create and distribute written communications related to internal initiatives, including topics such as management, leadership, and organizational effectiveness
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reporting for assigned leaders
- Support positive and professional working relationships across the organization while consistently modeling company values
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic through the consistent pursuit and achievement of SMART goals
- The Skills and Expertise You Have
- Ability to type at least 70 words per minute
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common business tools such as Google Sheets
- 3–5 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role
