Bilingual Collection Specialist

Value Truck of AZ is a fast-growing logistics company specializing in freight brokerage and transportation solutions. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Billing & Collections Specialist to join our team in our South Jordan office.

This role is responsible for invoicing customers, managing accounts receivable, and following up on outstanding payments to ensure accurate and timely collections.

• Prepare and send customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Verify billing details and ensure supporting documentation is included
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports
• Contact customers regarding past-due invoices and payment follow-ups
• Communicate with customers professionally to resolve billing questions or disputes
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve any invoice discrepancies
• Maintain detailed records of customer communications and payment updates
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding balances

• Experience in billing, accounts receivable, or collections preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to professionally follow up with customers regarding payments
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple accounts and tracking outstanding invoices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
• Experience in transportation/logistics billing is a plus but not required
