Sponsored by O'Reilly Auto Parts, this position supports the Store Manager and Assistant Managers across sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations.
Shift management responsibilities are assumed in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager.

Responsibilities- Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
- Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom, ensuring team execution of programs such as Related Sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, and Rock the Lot.
- Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
- Process all buy online/ship to store, hub and store‑to‑store transfers, and DC add orders timely, contacting customers upon shipment arrivals as needed.
- Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and per procedure, utilizing the electronic outside purchase order ledger.
- Process retail customer returns and exchanges in an efficient, friendly manner, issue refunds accurately, and stage returned merchandise correctly.
- Invoice all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, before products leave the store.
- Communicate Zipline messages and delegate Image Maker and merchandising tasks as assigned.
- Ensure team members adhere to posted work schedule and clocking procedures.
- Perform all store opening/closing duties, including day‑end procedures, money/deposit security, bank deposit preparation, security alarm disarming/arming, and secure delivery vehicle management.
- Complete additional duties as assigned.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts (desired).
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge (desired).
- ASE Certification (desired).
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
- Communication proficiency.
- Knowledge of auto part sales systems.
