Monday Friday, 4:00 AM until finish; overtime as needed
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Casting Shop Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced casting environment. This role requires hands-on leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to maintaining high production standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of casting shop personnel
- Ensure efficient setup and operation of casting equipment
- Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet deadlines
- Maintain quality control standards and troubleshoot casting defects
- Train and mentor team members on safety protocols and operational procedures
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to minimize downtime
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure a clean, organized work environment
- Track production metrics and report performance to management
- Prior experience in casting or manufacturing supervision
- Strong understanding of casting processes and equipment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work early morning shifts and flexible hours as needed
- Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
