In this position, you will bridge the gap between complex engineering requirements and real-world industrial solutions. You’ll start by mastering equipment sizing and technical proposals while receiving mentorship to evolve into a lead sales role.
Key Responsibilities- Application Engineering: Support equipment sizing, selection, and technical review of customer specifications.
- Strategic Proposals: Prepare detailed technical quotations and collaborate with manufacturing to ensure product fit.
- Customer Partnership: Provide technical support to clients and internal teams, eventually leading customer meetings.
- Growth & Development: Participate in structured training to sharpen your sales and business development skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Structural Engineering
. - Experience: 1+ years of professional experience, ideally within manufacturing or industrial equipment.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with industrial applications
- Solid Works/CAD experience is a plus
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and a proactive interest in technical sales and marketing.
