• Responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining the wash options available.
• Stand at the pay stations and assist every customer that comes through the wash.
• Field customer inquiries.
• Guide customer vehicles into the wash tunnel.
• Upkeep the condition of the car wash by performing cleaning tasks such as taking out the garbage, sweeping the lot, and using a pressure washer to clean the wash bay.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Reports to work on time and follows the dress and appearance code.

• 20% Site Upkeep (Cleaning/Maintaining)
• 5% Opening/Closing Procedures
• 5% Basic/Light Troubleshooting of Daily Duties

• Excellent communication skills including active listening.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Ability to recommend different wash memberships to customers.
• Ability to work as a team.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn a point‑of‑sales system.
• Strong work ethic and professional attitude.

• Customer service and some sales experience preferred.

• Stand and walk throughout the workday.
• Use of hands; reach with hands and arms.
• Climb or balance; stop, crouch and kneel.
• Work in damp and humid conditions, outdoor variable weather.
• Lift and/or move objects up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Exposure to noise.

Perform work safely in accordance with standard operating procedures without endangering health or safety. The job is in an outdoor car wash environment with moderate to loud noise; hearing protection and other PPE required. Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines.

Team member must be capable of performing responsibilities with minimal supervision.
