• Support Leadership: Assist the DON in guiding, mentoring, and developing the nursing team.

• Quality Assurance: Help implement and monitor evidence-based practices to ensure excellent care delivery.

• Compliance: Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations.

• Collaboration: Partner with interdisciplinary teams to achieve organizational and resident care goals.

• Staff Development: Support orientation, training, and continued professional growth of nursing staff.

• Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license required

• Nursing leadership experience, preferably as an ADON, Unit Manager, or Supervisor

• Strong organizational, communication, and decision‑making skills

• Knowledge of SNF regulations, care planning, and quality standards
