Your RoleAs Assistant Director of Nursing, you’ll work closely with the Director of Nursing to oversee clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support a positive and collaborative team environment. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Leadership: Assist the DON in guiding, mentoring, and developing the nursing team.
Quality Assurance: Help implement and monitor evidence-based practices to ensure excellent care delivery.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations.
Collaboration: Partner with interdisciplinary teams to achieve organizational and resident care goals.
Staff Development: Support orientation, training, and continued professional growth of nursing staff.
Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Nursing leadership experience, preferably as an ADON, Unit Manager, or Supervisor
Strong organizational, communication, and decision‑making skills
Knowledge of SNF regulations, care planning, and quality standards
Passion for fostering a positive, team‑oriented environment
