Location: Los Angeles County, CA
Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday | 2200–0630 (Full-Time)
Pay Rate: $20-23 DOE

We are looking for someone who understands urgency, ownership, and operational control. If you cannot handle call‑offs at 2 AM, staffing emergencies, or high‑volume coordination, this role is not for you.
WhoWe’re Looking For
We need an experienced Security Dispatcher or Scheduler who:
- Has worked in security operations or high‑volume dispatch environments
- Understands that every unfilled post is a liability
- Moves quickly and decisively under pressure
- Takes ownership of staffing problems instead of passing them off
- Can manage officers, supervisors, and client expectations simultaneously
You are the backbone of overnight operations.
Core Responsibilities- Fill call‑offs immediately — no delays
- Maintain 100% post coverage overnight
- Dispatch officers to emergency assignments
- Track attendance and no‑shows in real time
- Communicate directly with field supervisors and executive management
- Document all activity clearly and professionally
- Escalate serious issues without hesitation
- Maintain control of scheduling software, communication platforms, and staffing logs
- Minimum 2+ years dispatching or scheduling (security industry strongly preferred)
- Proven experience handling high‑volume staffing environments
- Strong decision‑making ability under pressure
- Excellent communication skills (clear, direct, professional)
- Comfortable working independently overnight
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Passive communicators
- Individuals who ignore calls or delay responses
- People who struggle with confrontation or accountability
- Anyone who views overnight shift as “quiet time”
Overnight operations require leadership, urgency, and discipline.

- Experience managing 50+ officers across multiple sites
- Familiarity with guard compliance requirements (Guard Card, Exposed Firearm Permit, etc.)
- Experience using scheduling platforms (e.g., Belfry, Track Tik, Deputy, WhenIWork, or similar)
- Strong understanding of post coverage metrics and staffing accountability
- Experience handling emergency incidents and escalation procedures
- Ability to interpret and manage post orders
- Background in operations coordination, logistics, or field supervision
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
