Position Summary

Our members love shopping for fresh food at Sam’s Club because of hardworking and friendly associates. As a Meat Cutter and Wrapper you will cut meat, maintain quality standards, package and display items, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure members have a great shopping experience.

$17.00/hr - $24.00/hr

• Work fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environments while keeping member satisfaction as top priority.
• Stand for long periods of time while assisting members quickly and accurately.
• Problem‑solve obstacles head‑on to ensure tasks are completed with excellence.
• Maintain a positive attitude—smile, greet, and thank members.
• Provide exceptional customer service across the club, answering any questions.
• Keep a clean, neat, and member‑ready area.
• Cut, grind, wrap, and trim meat products according to established standards.
• Package, label, and store products per company policies and quality standards.
• Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions and ensure merchandise is properly packaged, labeled, and stored.
• Ensure operational excellence, maintain work area per policies, and reduce waste.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Prior meat‑cutting or meat‑department experience.
• Strong knowledge of business floor operations, product safety, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management.
• Basic proficiency with digital tools used on the floor.
