We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.

In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot which includes helping members with their purchases, and ensure there are carts ready and available. You will also assist our members helping them load their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go.

• Ensure club pickup orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed; inform members when products are unavailable; offer alternative product options; ensure items are selected and packaged according to policies; ensure items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup; resolve member issues and concerns; promote the company's products and services.
• Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps; handle merchandise according to procedures; report unsafe situations to management.
• Provide member service by acknowledging the member, assisting with purchasing decisions, processing purchases, and assisting with payments for different membership and payment types; use cash registers to assist transactions; locate and organize merchandise; zone designated areas; resolve issues; promote products and services; maintain cart/flatbed availability; assist with transporting items; use cart retrieval equipment per policies; maintain parking lot cleanliness.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics; apply open door policy in executing business processes and practices.
• Complete work priorities with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; identify deadlines; communicate progress; identify and implement improvements; adapt to change and feedback.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and other premiums may apply in specific circumstances.
